  • We can install a full wet system into your home, under the ECO scheme, providing your property has a gas feed.

    Completed with a brand new boiler and radiators.

  • In most cases yes. Your new boiler will be installed in the most suitable place for your home, which may differ from where it was originally installed.

  • As standard we install Ideal Logic combi boilers with a range of warrantees.

  • The ECO grant only covers us to lay on top of existing materials. We are not allowed to remove the material that is already there. We will work around a few items stored in the loft, but if your loft is full of boxes and items then we will need you to remove these before we start the install.

  • A more accurate time frame can be given once your property has been inspected. Below are average install times for a straightforward job.

    Loft insulation takes 2-4 hours.

    Cavity wall insulation takes 2-3 hours.

    Internal insulation takes 3-5 days.

    External insulation takes 7-10 days.

  • Yes! All insulation installs come with a 25-year CIGA guarantee

  • Yes! You will never be asked for a contribution towards the installation costs. If we cannot secure a government grant to cover the work, then we won’t install it.

  • Yes! Every one of our installation projects are only completed if it means they will save you money on your energy bills. All of our projects are approved by an independent inspector before work commences, so you can rest assured knowing the installation will save you money on your energy costs!

  • The easiest way to arrange a survey is to complete our online form and a member of our team will be in touch. Alternatively you can give our team a call.

  • We can install energy efficiency measures to rented properties, even if you are qualifying for a grant. We will just need your landlords permission.

  • We are authorised to apply for grants under the Government’s ECO4 scheme. Under this scheme, providing there is a member of the household on a qualifying benefit, we can install your energy efficiency measure for free.

    Local Authorities also have their own qualifying criteria that means you don’t have to be on an ECO4 qualifying benefit. You can read more about the eligible criteria on our funding page.
